Ektar is an incredible type of film, But not my favorite 100 speed film. Granted I’ve really only tested it on this pocket point-and-shoot. Its highly sensitive to light, ironically, and I find myself adding more contrast and reducing the exposure in LightRoom.

It is not a bad film, I just find my opinion is swayed purely off the fact that I was using my cheapest point-and-shoot.

Ektar can be a better film if used with the right hands and the right gear, but without it, it can present certain results.
